Poor service

I am realy upset to the way Cell C is handles this matters off a cancelled contract and last payment done more than a month back and still no settlement letter this does reflect negatively on my record, and nobody cares. This will be the 2nd complaint to you and cell c this matter has drages for to long now. Numerous mails and call has been made,

Could I please have closure on this matter so I can inform the credit bureau on this as I also logged a complaint with them as well
