Poor Service Delivery

I was contacted on the 14 August 2020 and informed that my cellphone was due for an upgrade on my *** number by a Cell C Consultant.

All the procedures were followed and they also read out the terms and conditions and stated that the cellphone will be delivered within 3 or 4 working days, but to day, I did not receive any cellphone from Cell C.

My wife contacted Cell C on various occasions and she was transferred from department to department but with no assistance.

On the 14 September 2020, an email was sent to Cell C regarding the cellphone upgrade and to date no feedback.

On the 18 September 2020, my wife contacted Cell C for the upgrade and was informed that we owe Cell C R10.00 and thereafter the upgrade could be continued, which was paid approximately 1 hour after the call. Still no feedback.

On the 29 September 2020, i resend the email which i originally sent on the 14 September 2020 and i was given reference number ***.

The service provide by Cell C is pathetic.
