Poor service delivery

<p>Its been 7weeks going to Cell C store for cellphone repairs and every time when I went there to see if there's any changes they give me excuses that their still waiting for orders . I went there on monday and still no progress even today i was there . I returned my Samsung galaxy J5 prime on the 19 march 2017 and since then i was not using my phone and i am paying for it</p> <p> </p>
