Poor service delivery

<p>cell c's customer support and service delivery has left me in absolute disgust of recent. on the 16th of november i had taken my broken lg g4 which was in mint condition to cell c gateway for repairs and after several weeks of numerous phone calls a refurbished unit was sent back to me which wasnt even my phone and was in absolutely devastating condition. i refused to take the handset and the store manager sent it back to the repair centre and this was a week ago till now i have not heard back from te manager and tried phoning the cell c head office which proved futile, i am 2 months without a phone and no one seems to be aiding me in getting a new device or finding my original phone. it is absolutely appauling that we have to pay for a phone which we cannot even use.</p>
