Poor service delivery

I wrote a few reviews last week after the Credit Department of Cell C failed to rectify my credit control status. After each review I received a reference number with a message that I will receive a message once my case has been resolved. I can see now why so many frustrated customers came into one of the stores whilst I was there, and cancelled their contracts! All these clients vented their anger towards the consultants whom were unable to assist them due to non compliance by the staff at the Credit department. I tried the route of writing reviews on this platform but it also failed! However, it proves that the frustration levels of the clients mentioned earlier were due to the same problem I am currently experiencing...and who caused this problem in the first place? Non other than the billing clerks at Cell C from May last year!
