Poor service delivery

Please could some one explain why all my anytime minutes have disappeared, I've tried to get hold of Mpho Ndlovu to assist with our query, nobody else is able to help, can some one give us a call to explain this why our anytime minutes have disappeared. Vuyiseka told us that the anytime minutes are valid until the end of November therefore we should upgrade at the end Nov 2018 when all the anytime minutes are finished.
