Poor service delivery
Spoke to 2 people regarding the upgrade of 2 contracts, Reitumetsi Jhb Central & Akshay from Sandton, both promised to get their managers to call me to assist with my query regarding additional data, waiting 3 weeks now no response from either manager. I've called the called centre several times to request for a manager to assist but I'm transferred from dept to dept to dept then cut off, when I call back again, I'm transferred again from dept to dept to dept then cut off again.

16 Nov 2018, 10:25Not impressed, CellC has now taken all my husband's & my any time minutes without any notification, the consultant(Vuyiseka) that Mpho Ndlovu referred to us said that the anytime minutes on the current contract is valid until the end of Nov'18 and we should therefore start the new contract on 1 Dec, can't get hold of Mpho & Vuyiseka although the callcentre consultants sent several emails to him
