Poor service delivery.

Cell C has started again. They have not resolved my first query till today. I am paying for two contracts which I don't know about the second contract. They promise to listen to the recording till today no response. They charged me R601 last plus R218. No monthly invoice nor statement is sent they just debit into my bank account. Cell C I want my money and resolve this issue immediately.
