poor service

i had 2 contracts with you guys i was handed over due to non payment on my contracts , i made arrangements with debt collectors and pd off the amount tht was handed over, this morning i get two statements one showing i pd off and one showing still amount of R396, this mrnin no one in your call cntre could help me, i was send from dept to dept, last agent asked me question over and over and then suddenly she say i failed securtity questions and she cant also see which question i failed she is jst lying , i requested to speak to a Teamleader and was placed on hold, for more than 2 mins, can a senior call me back plse as your agents is nt trained to help i cnt have time to speak to 10 people on a morning im also wrking and honestly dnt have time for poor service
