Poor service
Hi, i would like to write review with cell c, i have a contract with the company which is in arrears. i now wish to make payment arrangement with no success. i have been to the store twice and contacted their call center more than 10 times with no help.

14 May 2021, 00:24I have contacted the contact centre and been transferred to the contract department, from there i have been given an email address to write which i did but no one responded to it. reference number *** i have spoken to the following agent.
Lihle, Axolile, Lindokuhle Ndaba, Asiphe, Zanele, Lerato, lastly Nare i also have emails writting to them.
