Poor Service

I still don't understand how Cell C works. I received a call from Ntombizodwa on the 7th of May 2021 confirming that my previous upgrade was cancelled and she assisted me with another upgrade of a Samsung A32 cellphone and said that I should wait 3 to 4 weeks for it to be delivered. She then advised that Vusi ( the manager ) apologized for all that happened and I would be compensated a once off 240 minutes immediately after the call that day. Its now the 24th of May 2021 and every time I called to follow up till the 21st of May 2021, I was advised that I would receive the once off minutes at the end of the day. Was I supposed to receive the once off 240 minutes or not ?
