POOR SERVICE

I was contacted by Alston on the 15th of Sept for an upgrade of which was successfully concluded. Post service was a nightmare. deliver was said to be 24-48 hours which took 11 days instead. Finally, on the 26th the devices arrive and i was denied delivery due to the POA provided not matching the POA on the document cellc had. i regret upgrading and continuing a contract with a service provider whos actions show just how much they value their clients.

I was promised a call today with feedback by the cellc social media - of which I DID NOT RECEIVE!!! Cellc you have huge clientele who deserve to be serviced, its service that we pay for yet DO NOT receive.. disappointing!!!

Thank you for contacting me before close of business and confirming that delivery will take place TODAY. I have contacted the courier company to check on this and have been advised that they DO NOT have my devices out for delivery today and i should revert to CELLC. CELLC WHAT IS GOING ON?

Cellc has failed to deliver, and I did not receive feedback from the complaints department either. If I do receive my devices my COB today as promised, I will take this matter to the customer goods and services ombudsman for further assistance in this matter.

NO DELIVERY, Cellc has confirmed that this issue was rectified with "courierit" on Thursday the 28th of September, yet I have still NOT received my devices.
