Poor Service - CellC Eastrand Mall branch

<p>As a loyal Cell C customer for 15 years it is disappointing to experience such poor service and lack of accountability. </p> <p>The failure at branch level to escalate and resolve an issue created by the branch staff is not what is expected from a Service provider or the Branch Manager.</p> <p>December 2016 I upgraded my contract to Pinnacle 150 which included 150 mins, 150 sms, 150mb and as extra benefits a further 150 mins, 150 sms, 150mb though when the upgrade kicked in on 01.04.2017 non of the extra benefits were loaded.</p> <p>Upon inquiring with the branch manager I was told that the employee who did the upgrade did not load the extra benefits on system and that the employee is no longer with the company but my query will be resolved.</p> <p>It is now in the 3rd month and 6 store visits later since that took place and no resolution as yet.</p> <p>I was told that I as the customer must NOW call the CEO office call centre to get this resolved though I was not at fault which I did and was put on hold for 26 minutes and still have not received a reply from Cell C.</p> <p>I also received an email stating that hte query was resolved but to no avail!</p> <p>Is this the reason we pay our bills month in month out?</p> <p>Where is the service advertised?</p> <p>Cell C, when will my query get resolved?</p> <p>Ref : Interaction SD615265 </p> <p>N Naidoo</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
