Poor service cell c ,renewal on contract, accessories!!
Did a renewal on my cell c contract this week & received the phone samsung a2 core.the phone is ok no problems but im really disappointed with the accessories or lack thereof. For a phone that sells at R1300 i would expect faily good quality accessories. There was not even a plastic for the screen, no cover at least for the back.the earphone was just very basic & the charger even more basic & has heated up within 20 min of charging.spoke to fikile at follow ups & kiara at upgrades. Both just shoved me from one to the other & said it's not their issue. Yes it may not be an expensive phone but certainly more than any ordinary smartphone selling in the smaller retail outlets. Poor service cell c .unacceptable!!!

The phone has to be booked in for repairs at your nearest Cell C store. Our Technician will assess the phone charging system.

What i want is a
1.proper quality charger!!
2.a plastic for the screen.
3. A reasonable cover for the phone.
Please advise how & when i will receive all the above as this should come standard with this package.
