Poor service Cell C FibreI

I have been battling for weeks now to get my internet running again. They sent me from post to pillar and the issue just do not get solved. I have been told that the problem must be the fibre box (vumatel) and that a technician will contact me..., nothing. I spend hours on the phone with so called support team.... no joy! All that I want is for a technician to come and fix the fibre box!
