Poor service Cell C

I must say your staff member Jeandre at Kollonade shoppibg centre should not be workingl for Cell C. He has a stinking attitude. I sent my phone in for repairs and came back withour the sim slot. He tried blaming me but the lady that booked the phone in took pictures with the slot in the phone. He does not give a **** about your customers. He said he would call me the following day but still waiting. If i do not follow up i dont get any answers. I am stiil waiting for my phone a week later. Poor poor.
