Poor service cell c
Poor service, broken promises and agreements. Very poor communication even with their call centre. Giving wrong information that wastes time and money because they don't inform you of everything. Had 5 contracts with you. Will commence cancelling all of them and moving to a beter service provider. Yoour call centre promised that a contract on my name can later be transferred to my daughters name. She has been working full time as a teacher paid by dept of education and yet she is not deemed credit worthy. Pathetic. You **** to me from the beginning.

04 Mar 2021, 20:45Her contract lapse in September. It will not be renewed at cell c. When I took this contract I spesifically asked your sales rep if she can take over the contract once she starts working, your sales person assured me no problem. I went to your Brooklyn Mall store to request what documents you required. I phoned your call centre again last week to confirm what we required. At every step I was asured there is no problems. Well we waited more than a year to request this action. Her salary is R23000 per month and you say she is not credit worthy on a R350/month contract. A slap in the face of a hard working young woman. Now she has to find a clothing store to open an account for three months waste more time and money because what credit use will satisfy your credit department before you declare her credit worthy. I felt heart broken for my daughter. Not once did any of your sales people inform me that she must have another account to make her credit worthy. They did not even want to put the contract in her name but on my account(another lie told by your sales reps)
You could've had 6 livetime contract because I would've taken out another contract for my youngest but I will start looking for other options
