Poor Service Cell C

I'm serious in the unprofessional service i have received at Howard Centre Cell C in Pinelands (Cape Town). My two year cell phone contract expired two months ago and i have still been billed even though i went into the store, cancelled the contract and took out the R179 sim only deal. I'd like this issue to be fixed asap.
