Poor service CELL C

1. I send a e-mail on 29 February to chancel my DATA contract. 2. 28 March a R300 amount deducted from my bank account instead of R149 with a unexcepted excuse from CELL C. 3. Meantime, a new contract is on my name!!! A call were locked and CELL C will come back within 48 hours, NO ONE COME BACK!!!!

In short, I need to cancel my one contract and my money to be refund
