POOR SERVICE CELL C
The reason I will not take out a Cell C contract is this: TWICE I walked into the Cell C shop in Gateway shopping centre, I stood there and waited a FULL 5 minutes. Not once did ANY Cell C staff even make eye contact with me, or ask if they could help. The once there was only 2 customers in the store. Cell C staff are trained to wait for the custimer to ask for help

Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused. This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers. We will address this matter with the store manager to have this kind of behaviour rectified.
We want all our customers to be given proper service.
