Poor service cell c

Cell c service is most disgusting un professional and pathetic to deal with. Customer care has no idea or professionalism when dealing with clients Case no ***. Sent pop from last week Banking details were changed. Line was suspended twice because the staff just would not go the extra mile to assist. Blatantly rude senior management does not even return calls several emails wattage of phone calls they don't follow up I would definitely be changing service provider
