Poor service

Good evening, I'm very disappointed with the service I kept getting front the call Centre. I would like to upgrade my contract and the specific phone I'm looking for is not available at the store, that I understand.. What I don't like is being transfered all over eg customer care, sales department, warehouse and all.. If you going to be advertising please make provision of what you advertising and it's not fair for a customer to be calling everywhere just to get service, I've been a loyal customer for cell c for 6 years this is not the service I'm expecting.. I just want to settle my one contract so that I can upgrade to the phone I want, but it's mission impossible.
