Poor service
I'm so frustrated with my cell c account that has been affecting my credit profile. I've settled my account through SSDA on the 17th of April 2022, to date my account has not updated and I haven't received a paid up letter. This is so frustrating as I'm sent from pillar to post whereas I've settled my account months ago.

20 Jul 2022, 01:04I've contacted SSDA they said that they've paid you on the 20th of April awaiting paid up letter from you. Can you please sort this out with SSDA as I cannot suffer while I've paid, I have a proof of payment. This is totally not fair!!!
