Poor service
My credit score is currently reflecting that I am missing payments on my cell c account.
I've never even missed 1 payment
I have sent numerous emails and calls but no one is coming back to me.
This is so annoying and pathetic

10 Mar 2021, 15:08I have responded to him that the bank wont be able to print the transactional statement ONLY for cellc but I didn't get a response from him. However I'm canceling the contract, I cannot go on and on with the same query. I'm tired and Its blocking me from doing other things.
