Poor service by the Cell C - C surance ****ed as f***k

I called their call centre and spoke to various people every time they keep you on hold and hang up the line or they keep on hold when they come back they act like the lines are not working very fine.

This insurance company they taking us for a ride, when they take our money they don’t hesitate but when we want to claim they treating us like trash. Honestly if no will take me serious on this one I will email Cell C CEO and some of the board members maybe they will take me serious like when they take my money monthly because since I have this contract I have never ever in my life claim is the first time but they giving me trash.

I called on the 08th August at 04:35 spoke to Koketso he gave me trash, then 7 minutes later called to another lady which she gave me trash by keeping hold then hanged, lastly spoke to Kegan at 04:51 shame same story then they pretend like we are having a bad line.

CELL C let’s hope this will be fixed and get sorted because it’s not a threat I will escalate this matter to the Cell C CEO and Board that’s how things get done.
