Poor Service by Cell C

I have lost an opportunity to buy a house for my family because of Cell C. They have made it point that my bond application fails due to non response on the simple request of paid up letter. They are the worst telecommunications service which only care for profit, not customer service..... ill will never recommend it to anyone, infact advice strongly that people should stay away in taking cell c or utilize their network...
