Poor service by cell C

When signing a contract with cell C they promis the best service but that is where it stops.

When one submits any query to customer service you will get the run around until you give up, they do not admit to the mistakes made by them and doe not refund you at any time.

I had two contracts with cell C and decided to renew one and sign one moer new contract with cell C, suddenly the amount deducted was more than the agreed amount, I work abroad and can only communicate via email, on one of my rotations an agent told me I was being billed for 4g Internet and sould go to the shop whare I signed my contracts, doing so they couldn't find that contract, it took me a year to get this problem solved after going to their head office.

Two of my contacts reasently expired and therefore I cancelled the two now I have only one left but my monthly payments have gone up by a lot. My case logged hav not been attended to at this stage.

I do not look at my debit orders every mont as they are supposed to be set. To people dealing with cell C I advise to keep an eye on your debit orders as cell C changes it as they please.

To people who are looking to sign a contract with any cell phone company stay away from cell C.

I have heard of several similar cases from people I have spoken to after me bad experience with cell C and therefore decided to post this, I hope this helps some people not to ever have the same nightmare I and many other people have had with cell C.
