💩 Poor service

Cell c suspended my contract after I've paid and send through the proof of payment to them for the last year. Luckily Mr Brown from OR Tambo Cell c shop assisted me to reconnect my account.Now Cell c tells me that if the payment is not allocated to my account they will suspend it's not my work to allocate payments. Do your work Cell c,I've been a loyal customer for more than 15 years . I'm considering canceling all my contracts.
