Poor service

The level of service i received was very poor and inconvenient for the new contact that i app**** for last week Thursday, The agent Kagiso told me that both devices will be delivered on Monday and that did did not have i did not even get a call or SMS with the notification of the delivery i how ever followed up yesterday where i was taken from pillar to post call being transferred to multiple departments i spoke to Makhosazana and Glory with no solution . Then later i received an email with the confirmation of my contract however still the information was incorrect as to what i discussed with the agent my contract states 36 months which we agreed on 24 months the color of my device is not the agreed color , I called cell c again to correct this information i spoke to Glory again he told me that he will escalate the call again to Kagiso which is the same information i received the whole day calling cell c and Kagiso did not revert to me . The level of poor service is beyond my understating and the tablet i ordered was for school and my son returned back to school without the device that they advised yesterday is not in stock.
