Poor Service
I had a contract with cellc and finished it more then 2 years ago however my credit status has not yet been updated and still showing that I am owing R745. This has a negative effect on my credit rating. I sent in a request for a paid up letter on 13 September how ever nothing as yet, i called the call centre which advised me that they have logged another case which was on Monday 19th but no one was able to assist me, why is it so difficult to just get a paid up letter or to update my credit status.
