Poor service ,attitude and no follow up

I called yesterday to find out what cell c offered as far as SMS roaming is concerned, as Vodacom has an sms roaming only service. I asked Sibonga, the call centre operator what cell C has to offer in this range , as Vodacom does provide this service.<br> My request was met with a , \We don't offer this service"and a\"" We don't need to compete with Vodacom\"" statement "
