Poor service at the repars department and useless team leader
Once again cell c has done it again. I bought a samsung A31 in december on contract and the touch screen jammed. I called the repairs department on the 25 jan 2021 and i was recived an sms that my phone has been booked. The following week i recieved sms stating that my phobe will be pick up on the 3 feb 2021. The date passed without anything and i phone and spoke to Nkosikhona the highly *********** team leader. And he promised to follow up with no results. I took the matter into my hands and phone courier company and apparently the booking was done wrongly, told my Nkosikhona and he rebooked my phone. After a look fight with him over the phone. The phone was taken. Remember this process started in jan 2021. Now the phone has been seating with the technician and every time i phone i being told of waiting for spares. Is been a month and the second month just started and my account is debited for the phone i am not using.
PEOPLE PLEASE I AM DOWN ON MY KNESS. REFRAIN FROM TAKING CONTRACTS FROM CELL. THIS PEOPLE ARE SUPER USELESS AND HIGHLY ***********.
I PLEAD WITH OMBUDSMEN TO INVESTIGATE PLEASE. CELL C IS TAKING US FOR GRANTED.
I DONT HAVE MY PHONE BUT I AM BEING DEBITED. NKOSIKHONA TEAM LEADER IS TOYING WITH ME.
I AM TIRED OF THIS

What would it takes for you to consider the fact that my daughter is suffering becuase of you. Do you even consider the painful stage you have put me not only me but my family into. I have failed my daughter as father because of you and its breaks my heart that i am not able to help her. My daughter is being called in by the school management for not doing her school work.
