Poor service at repair center

<p>I have been trying to book my phone in for repairs at cellc bayside but the people working at the repair centre is of no help. My phone went in for repairs on a previous ocation and i recieved it back and was sattisfied. Now the phone have a pink line on the right hand side of the screen and i have been trying to book it in at cellc bayside but it cant be booked in as the IME is still on a open job witch i do not understand as i have the phone in my posession. Please just sort this out for me from the repair departments side as cellc bayside have been trying to assist me with the matter but as previously statde, the repair department/ center is of no help or just hang up the phone. I need to get my phone fixed</p>
