Poor service at Kollinade Branch

I went to the Kollinade branch as i wanted to do a sim swop on my late fathers cell number. This number was still active and i knew that as i have been to 2 other branches which confirmed it was active. The gentleman that helped me checked the status of the sim and said the number was inactive until i told him i had confirmation that the number was active then he changed his tone quickly. He looked at my documentation which the N1 City, Century City as well as the Menlyn branches confirmed was ok for the sim swop then he told me a certified copy of the death certificate and ID wasn`t good enough and he wanted the originals, I`ve never been so upset in my life as everything is in Cape Town! And i knew he was just too damb lazy to help me with a sim swop and he was finding any excuse not to do it but i can promise you that if i wanted to take out a contract he would have loved to help me. I went to the Menlyn branch and they helped me immediately and i have a new sim card!!! What an awesome team, Thumbs up to Thabo, thank you very much for the excellent service and i will be going to the Menlyn branch to open up a contract next month!!! I have given a 1 star rating on the Kollinade branch because 0 isn't available. To the Menlyn Branch 5 stars! I would advise that management tightens up on their employees at Kollinade with regards to customer service.
