poor service at cell c and unhappy customer

I bought a phone a contract phone at cell c b4 7days the phone gave me a problem it was freezing when I press left it will go write ..I went back to goldenwalk cell c branch to report the phone ...they said mybe it's settings they tried to fix it instead of giving me a new phone ...after two days from coming back to cell c it gave me the same problem I went back again they took it 4 repairs I fail to understand how can I paid a contract phone that is going to be repaired ....it's like I'm paying 4 a reject phone .. even write know I dnt have a phone it's either cell c give me a new phone or I cancel the contract....it's been 3 days know without a phone ....it's not even a month having this contract....but already I'm having a problem ......
