Poor service as usual

i canncelled my contract with Cell and paid amount requested. for the past 4 month i am still struggling to get my paid up letter. And there is balance showing on my Itc and its affecting my affordability. i did try my best to call but no assistance. i will hold up 30 munites without answer.
