Poor service as usual

I phoned cell c on the bluff to assist with my debit order date. They refuse to assist me. They tell me to call customer service. This shows how they don't care about service or helping a customer. They are employed at cell c and should know that when you phone Cellc customer service they do a security check were they ask when is your debit order! If you don't know this information you don't pass the security check. So they want me to waste my time further. Cell c keeps on debiting my account on different days and I am the one who has to pay the fees for the debit order bouncing. I was told to go in store. This store has poor service and makes you wait so long before you get help they don't even have enough staff. This is **** service from cell c. I regret renewing a contract with them and I am sure going to cancel both contact.
