poor service and rule sale personnel customer service sucks

Hi i hope this serves you well so i was due for an upgrade with cellc and a lady from theor sales department called me and we concluded the upgrade of which i upgraded from a cell phone to a laptop all right so she says to me that i will receive my parcel in 7 working days okay next day or few days later a guy calls me and asks if i am still interested in the laptop and i said yes he says because he can see that i am due for an upgrade but the order on their system shows that its not made out as an upgrade but as a new contract and i obviously shocked rep**** with no i still want the package i am interested so he processed it as an upgrade to my knowledge so a message this lady i delt with and she says no its not like that everything is in order as discussed previously and if anyone calls me i should notify her because he likes to ***** sales so few days pass and ta contacts me that they delivering the parcels and when i he home from work with the parcel i just dropped it carried on with my house duties next day check and its not what i wanted its a laptop yes but not the one i wanted as discussed with the lady so i messaged her told her everything she does not know what happened how am i sitting with a laptop when on their system shows its not out for delivery and the laptop i have is not on order on my acc with them we managed to arrange collection Ram up until today has not collected but has messaged that they will come and collect i have gone back and forth with cellc calling emailing and nothing has been don't i have had no assistance the lady now ignores my messages she does not reply to me and before has been very rude as well as if i made the mistake now i am sitting with something that is incorrect because cellc sales people are full of greed and now i will be billed for something i am not even using i would really like for it to be collected because i cant pay the price for their stupidity cellc has been nothing but a huge disappointment to me
