Poor service and robbing clients of their money by CELL C

<p>I had 2 contracst with Cell C where i got 2 gagdets up until the last month off my contract.</p> <p>Firstly they never mentioned to me that they will still deduct my account even after the contract has ended.</p> <p>As per the contract term eneded. I stopped using their sim cards at all, no calls and no data... nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 10 months of irregularities I noticed that they were still deducting my account under both contract numbers. When I called I was told in a very cold attitude that they won't return my money. Requested to speak to the Supervisor by the name of Jakes, I was firstly told that they won't refer me to him. Eventually I got hold of him and he didn't assist nor return my calls when I called them for a follow up. Eventuallu spoke to Krian the mamanger and he said he'll try to assist but nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please expose these ******** and assist me to get back my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>The contract numbers are ********** and ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p>Very much victimised client right now.</p> <p>My rating should even have a negative infront of it.</p> <p> </p>
