poor service and poor reception!

There are two issues id like to review, firstly the call center which subscribers need to use to adjust their billing maximum if additional services are required! Its shocking!! Secondly the call strength and poor data signal strength is also unacceptable. I live in Midrand and cannot accept that in 2020 these issues still exist!! I will be changing service providers!!!
