Poor service and no response from cell c
Poor service and no response from cell c...very frustrating. Reported a ********** account in july 2020 but the account still appears as active under my credit profile. Wrote to cell c on 5 september 2021 and was promised a call bla bla nut nothing till today nothing. Do you ever imagine how painful to apply for credit snd get declined because of something you did not do. Now my whole life is on hold because of this ********** cell c account under my name. Who should i contact to have this remover under my profile. I have never used cell c even on prepaid and after this trauma they are causing me, matters are getting worse. They do not reply to emails hence you cannot call their ***** department. Please can someone remove this account from my credit profile please i am begging tuuu
