Poor service and no assistance.

I regret taking contracts with Cel C I'm having endless problems with you guys.

Now you gave my baking details to Nu Debt and placed an unauthorized debit order onto my account when I call your department they say its not cell C nu Debt that debited but I sent my bank statement and proof that it's your debut order.

I called your office yesterday and this gentleman said he cannot assist me I must go to an office that is such an inconvenience.

I have given up all hope in cell c and I'm very disappointed as a paying client.

Who authorized NU debt to debit my account when we have an AOD agreement and arrangement in place.

This is unprofessional and unexceptional as I have already sent my proof of payments and signed an AOD.

I am sick of this and taking this further.

You guys don't care and don't show respect for your clients.

For the past 7 months I've been fighting with cell C yohhhhhhhh this is draining and disappointing.

I am shocked by the level of service received.

I can't wait to port to another service provider as this is nit value for your money at all.
