Poor service and lies

<p>This C Surance thing is full of incompetence, they make a small issue to be a very big issue they eat people money and lie to them..... when they want you to join they all smooth and sweet but when it comes to delivering the service they fail, and they lie a lot and drop calls when you call, I have a phone that they were suppose to pay for while it was at cell c repairs, I was told to pay access fee and I did but no action and my phone wasn't fixed for 30 days and when I call the C Surance they told me many stories like they are offline and drop a call on me and when I call the following day they say they paid yet they never did so please I want my money back and this stupid insurance closed because they are useless</p>
