Poor service and inefficiency at Cell C

I unfortunately renewed my contract with and have insurance on my cellphone. When the LCD screen broke in March this year I sent it to them for repairs. They have been coming up with all sorts of excuses and keep sending the cellphone back to me still not repaired. Their consultants ae very unproffessional and inefficient. Stay away from Cell C.
