Poor Service and *********** agents

Cell C service is too poor to say the least. They called me, sold me a wrong product and then called back to cancel my contract, all the consultants will either transfer me or just hang up on me. I'm disappointed.

After many calls with further people who didn't seem to understand what they do, One call made my day, a dude named Piet Mogale... this man deserved a Bells. I actually decided to renew the contract instead of calcelling it. He's the real deal. Big ups Mr Piet... keep up the good work.
