Poor service and false advertising
Hi im so disappointed and upset with the service I got from Cell C this week I app**** for a contract R129 per month .The srvice from Sibusiso Mncwabe was terrible.He kept on calling the whole week requesting one thing over and over again. To cut the long story short this Monday I got the Contract Simcard. Today Cell C deducted R149 on my bank acc though our contract was R129 and I stated clearly that they must debit on the 25 ,of every month R129 not R149. Im so devastated I want to terminate this contract
