POOR SERVICE AND EDUCATION

I app**** for a cell phone contract (line and phone), I was told that I qualified 3 weeks ago. Then the Cell C rep ask for my CK certificate and I told her that I don't have a CC or (Pty) Ltd, I am a sole proprietary. In fact I am a consultant (only owner and employee). Than she went silent for days till I start asking what is going on.<br> <br> Then she ask me for my \sole proprietary certificate""; I travel a lot and don't have telkom line but yes I do have 4 Vodacom line (data; airtime) (1 for my age mother; 1 for my sister; 1 for data and 1 for work); why do I need a telkom line??<br> <br> I was considering of bring al 4 lines over to Cell C; but after this poor and low educational level;bad attitude I am not convinced to do it at all.
