Poor service and bad experience

I app**** for a friday fantastic deal at cell c canal walk at around 5pm but they had issues with their call centre that was on strike so the consultant informed me he will speak to his manager and escalate the problem to their head office and I will still get the deal after 2 weeks waiting they inform me they cant give me the deal anymore since the deal is closed and I am a subscriber with them for 8 years I recommend them to people so now I rethink it and would advice ppl not to use cell c since they cant keep their word. Im very disappointed in the service that I got from cell c since im a 8 year with them and also recommend them above any other network since they always gave me a great service. But if they call centre strikes they cant assist their customers even thou they promise their customers the deals
