Poor service and bad attitude
I wanted to apply for a new contract at Cresta and they told they do have the phone I want. However, all of a sudden they were not will to sell it to me because I wanted to take the cheapest contract. Also, your customer care is just useless!!

Like now, you are proving to me that you don't even care about my plea regarding your poor service or the attitude . Your response clearly tells me to ***** myself and just give you business.
Not even a simple "we going to investigate" nothing!??
The problem is much bigger than I anticipated clearly.
