Poor service and bad accounting practices

I cancel two contracts that I had with them, in July 2017, and this fact alone was not easy , as I had some difficulties with the cancellation of one contract. Their customer care service is very poor, as they usually transfer you to other departments that cannot handle your query. After receiving notices that the cancellations were done, they continue using my debit order and charging my account, for imaginary expenses. This is very annoying and a waist of my time as I have to go to my bank to reverse their charges. Bad company to do business with.
